OUTLUXE offers 2 different payment methods to meet the different needs of customers:

• Payment by Credit Card online (including PostePay)
• Payment to the courier with cash on delivery

Depending on the payment method chosen, order management costs vary as follows:

• Credit Card: 6€ in TUTA ITALIA
• Cash on delivery: €12 in ALL ITALY

CREDIT CARD

By choosing Credit Cards as a payment method, the credit is immediate, so the shipping process is fast and the order will be shipped within 24 hours of credit. If you have a Credit Card such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura or a rechargeable card such as a PostePay, your credit card will be accepted as a payment method. If the payment is not successful, the order will be canceled. The goods will be shipped only after payment has been received.

PAYMENT TO THE EXPRESS COURIER WITH CASH ON DELIVERY

The Customer can pay directly to the courier who will deliver the ordered products. By choosing cash on delivery, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Only cash payments are accepted for this payment method. Neither bank checks nor cashier's checks will be accepted. Delivery of the products will be denied in the event of failure to pay the exact amount of the order. In the event of purchase on delivery, an additional fee of 10 euros will be applied to the total amount of the order, for the management of the cash on delivery service, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. Payment must be made to the courier upon delivery and the amount, exclusively in cash, must be exact (change is not possible).
