RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You can return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order if one of the items purchased has manufacturing defects, a different product than the one purchased in the photo, a broken or damaged product. The 14-day period begins from the day you receive the last package. You can only receive a return with an exchange of goods or a discount voucher to be used online or in physical stores equal to the total amount of the order excluding shipping costs, no refund . You must return the products in suitable packaging. The items must not have been used, worn or damaged more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR UNDERWEAR.

We kindly ask you to respect these conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Clothing products have the label attached.
  • The accessories have every part of the original packaging.
  • The shoes are in the original box.
  • RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR UNDERWEAR.

The return request may be refused if the conditions mentioned above are not met.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

On OUTLUXE you can buy as a registered customer or as a guest. The return procedure in each case is the same.

You can return the item using the courier you prefer (the shipping costs in this case are paid by the customer for both the outward and return journeys) although GLS is strongly recommended, the same one we use for shipments. You will have to ship ALL the products you intend to return in a single shipment,

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer making the return.
As soon as we receive the return we will process it within 2/4 days.

NB: It is possible to request returns only for exchange of goods, our policy in Terms and Conditions does not accept returns with refunds.
